Abstract:
Lithogeochemic database ČR contains analysis data of chemical composition of more than 13 thoudand samples of rocks collected in the Czech republic. Most samples were analyzed under the different regional geochemical researches, geological mapping and research by Czech Geological Survey - data sources. In addition to information about the pattern (petrographic, regional and stratigraphic enlistment, year of taking, the author and the existence of rock slice) are the main part of database results of the analysis of silicate and analysis of trace elements to the determination of method to a analytic determination and code of laboratories. Samples listed in the database are geographically targeted, and can be traced on the map in Map Server of CGS.
purpose:
The birth of the idea of creating a registry of chemical analysis in laboratories on Barrandov was in the mid 80s by RNDr. Josef Čadek CSc. with the team of geochemists of ČGÚ (RNDr. Zdena Čadková CSc., RNDr. Petr Jakeš CSc., RNDr. Miroslava Haková, RNDr. Pavel Mrázek CSc., RNDr. Joel Pokorný CSc., RNDr. Otakar Shrbený CSc., RNDr. Marie Adamová CSc., RNDr. Pavla Gürtlerová and others), who in subsequent years his idea realized by collection of analytic data on the task of CGS.
