Abstract:
Geological bibliography ČR includes the works of national authors, which were published in Czech and foreign journals and book publications and the works of foreign authors about geology of the Bohemian Massif and Western Carpathians in the Czech republic, published in the available sources. Its separate component is a list of published and urpose maps. The basis of a bibliographical record is bibliographic description, which respects international standard ISDB (G) and CSN Bibliographic record and related Czech standards. Bibliographic list contains the index of authors, systematic-subject index, geographical abroad index, index of Czech sites and areas, a list of maps issued by CGS and its registers. It is coupled with an overview of abbreviations of handled periodics with their full name, ISSN, ISBN and signature of CGS library. The basis for the elabaration abstracting Geological bibliography are documents permanently stored int the CGS library. Geological bibliography is published in printed form since 1928, since 1990 is available on the Internet.
